Membership Information
New Membership Offerings – 2012
Few HR Leadership Forum members have taken advantage of the Human Resource
People & Strategy (HRPS) affiliation so, for 2012, we are discontinuing the
relationship with HRPS and reducing our annual membership fee from $295 to
$125.
In addition, for 2012 you have the option of bundling HRLF meeting
registrations with your membership to receive a substantial discount. Group
memberships (more than one individual from the same organization) represent
another way to save money. Below you will find additional information on
these various options.
Annual Member and Pay-As-You-Go for HRLF Events
A one-time annual membership of $125 and you can pay the member registration
fee per each meeting that you attend during the year.
Annual Membership with HRLF Event Registration Included
A one-time expense of $225 includes your HRLF 2012 membership PLUS you can
attend all HRLF meetings in 2012 at no additional cost. This does not
include programs that are jointly sponsored with other organizations. For
those events, you will pay the reduced member rate. If you as a member are
unable to attend a meeting you may send a substitute in your place.
Group Membership
Continuing our initiative from 2011, we want to place a special emphasis on
encouraging more than one individual from your organization to benefit from
the valuable services of being a member of HR Leadership Forum of Western
PA. For organizations enrolling more than one member with our organization
the second membership will receive a 10% discount off their membership fee
arrangement.

relevant to the HR leader. Topics are important, timely and selected using
member feedback;

education events provide the opportunity to make connections with regional
experts - Meet with and learn from leaders in our region who are making a
difference in their companies

are structured around skills building workshops, speakers and peer
consulting to cater to our various learning styles.

The skills
building workshops offer a subject matter expert and various exercises to
learn and reinforce the topic principles.

Based on input
received from our annual member survey and ongoing communication with
members, topics are identified and selected with presentations offered by
local, regional and national experts.

Peer consulting
is offered twice per year and provides attendees with the opportunity to
bring an issue they are wrestling with to the session. And, through
facilitation receive input from your colleagues where everyone can learn and
benefit from the knowledge sharing among our members.
The HRLF on-line
membership directory provides names and contact information on HR senior
leaders through a password-protected, member-only area of the website;
Attend our events
to network with HR leaders in the region - Expand your network and connect
with leaders who are dealing with the same issues and concerns that you are
addressing in your professional role.
