Frequently Asked Questions
How much does membership cost?
A one-time annual membership of $125 and you can pay the member
registration fee per each meeting that you attend during the year.
Alternatively, a one-time expense of $225 includes your HRLF membership PLUS
you can attend all HRLF meetings at no additional cost. This does not
include programs that are jointly sponsored with other organizations. For
those events, you will pay the reduced member rate. If you as a member are
unable to attend a meeting you may send a “substitute” in your place. For
organizations enrolling more than one member with our organization, the
second membership will receive a 10% discount off their membership fee
arrangement.
What are the benefits of membership?
Explore issues relevant to the HR leader, make connections with regional,
national and global experts; opportunities to contribute to current research
with recognized experts and be among the first to learn the results of that
research. Many of our programs will qualify for strategic HRCI credits.
Who are the HR Leadership Forum members?
Our members are senior-level executives, consultants and academic
experts with a passion for professional development and exceptional
organization performance through people. We represent both large and small
public, private, government and nonprofit organizations.

Can I register for an event if I am not a member?
Yes. Guests can attend regular program meetings. Guest fees are higher
than member fees.
What does the
group do?
The primary purpose of the organization is to provide continual
professional learning and connections with peers, experts and thought
leaders in leadership and leadership development, HR strategy, change
management, organization development and effectiveness, employee engagement,
sustainability and other topics that are timely and critical to our members.
What are the qualifications?
You will benefit most from the organization if you are a senior level
human resources or business executive, consultant or academic expert
responsible for helping organizations achieve performance goals through
people.
