How much does membership cost?
The annual membership fee of $325 now includes FULL membership to the national Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS) as well as HR Leadership Forum of Western Pennsylvania. As a member you pay a reduced rate for local and national education programs/meetings and teleconferences and will have full access to leading edge research on emerging and current human resources issues.

What are the benefits of membership?

What is included in membership fees?

Membership in the HR Leadership Forum of Western Pennsylvania now includes membership to the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS). You can receive double the benefits for the low rate of $325 per year. Your HRLF membership include allows you to:

  • Make connections with regional experts - Meet with and learn from leaders in our region who are making a difference in their companies;

  • Contribute to current research with recognized experts and be among the first to learn the results of that research - Be part of the exciting research projects that are being conducted locally, regionally, nationally and globally;

  • Earn strategic HRCI credits – Attend our events to quickly accumulate these important HRCI credits;

  • Stay connected and relevant through in-person and virtual events - In these economic times, it is imperative to stay connected with your colleagues in the HR community. HRPS offers the Fall Executive Forum, the Annual Global Conference, workshops and teleconferences. Many of these programs qualify for HRCI credits.

Can I register for an event if I am not a member?
Yes. Guests can attend regular program meetings. Guest fees are higher than member fees.

What does the group do?
The primary purpose of the organization is to provide continual professional learning and connections with peers, experts and thought leaders in leadership, change management, generational issues, employee engagement, sustainability and other topics that are timely and critical to our members.

What are the qualifications?
You will benefit most from the organization if you are a senior level human resources or business executive, consultant or academic expert responsible for helping organizations achieve performance goals through people.
