How much does membership cost?
Pre-paid* (best value): Annual membership plus registration for all
six regular program meetings and all teleconferences: $335. You may send a
substitute to any meeting if you are unable to attend. Additional special
programs at reduced rates for members may be added during the year in
addition to the six regular program meetings. This rate provides a savings
of $80 over the regular membership option and it's convenient!
Pay as You Go* Annual Membership Fee: $175.00 plus $40.00 per regular
meeting fee. Members pay a reduced rate of $40 for each of six regular
program meetings and may attend teleconferences for free. Additional special
programs at reduced rates for members may be added during the year in
addition to the six regular program meetings.
* Membership fees are prorated based on
the month you join.
What is the new Corporate Membership?
The new corporate membership makes it possible for a broader group of
specialists in larger organizations to attend HR Leadership Forum events. By
paying for a corporate membership an organization can send any four people
to any event. It is not necessary for the same four people to attend each
event to benefits from programs.

Can I register
for an event if I am not a member?
Yes. Guests can attend regular program meetings for $60 per meeting. Guest
fees may be higher for special programs.
What does the group do?
The primary purpose of the organization is to provide continual learning and
connections with peers, experts and thought leaders in leadership, change
management, generational issues, employee engagement, sustainability and
other topics that are critical to our members.
What are the qualifications?
You will benefit most from the organization if you are a senior level
